I have been involved with Beer Scoring for many years, and was NBSS Coordinator for many years until last year. The majority of the role involves using the HQ supplied spreadsheet to produce various reports to aid the branch in selecting pubs for inclusion in the Good Beer Guide for the following year. These reports need to be compiled properly, and in accordance with the guidelines provided by HQ in Luton. Failure to follow said guidelines can result in incorrect data being used in the selection process. Screenshots of some of the reports are below:
